Replicating the experience of airport hospitality with Virgin, the space had personal touches to make visitors feel comfortable and excited. Like a home-from-home, the space was created to feel informal, allowing visitors to explore on their own, helping themselves to refreshments and relaxing whilst waiting for their appointment.

Designed to be a magical space for every member of the family, the space had dedicated areas for children to play whilst adults book that holiday of a lifetime. Designed to be fun, comfortable, and on-brand, the spaces were designed to be sturdy, comfortable, and most importantly fun.

Working with a palette of neutral oak, soft upholstery and warm lighting to frame the cherry-red uniforms of the team, we utilised every inch of space to showcase the brand's recognisable messaging and style. With nothing left to chance, every corner of the room was designed with the customer experience in mind.
