Four reimagined executive suites for one of Manchester’s most iconic venues.

THE BRIEF

The Spaces team were tasked with transforming four of AO Arena’s executive suites into standout, premium spaces for guests to enjoy events in comfort and style.

Working closely with the client’s contracting team, we brought fresh energy and high-end finishes into every corner of the AO Arena suites – creating spaces that felt genuinely special.

What we delivered

Bespoke banquette seating
We built and upholstered custom banquette seating in vibrant blue and peach fabrics. Designed to be comfortable without compromising on quality, the seating brought life and energy into each suite - a focal point that felt luxurious and inviting.

Feature bar areas
Two bespoke bar units were created using premium finishes, complete with striking lighting and signage that added personality. The additions gave the space warmth, character and a natural place for guests to gather.
Mirrored ceiling with LED lighting for AO Arena
Immersive mirrored ceiling
We created and installed a grid of smoked mirror panels layered with LED lighting that flowed through the ceiling and into the wall panelling. This achieved a visually bold ceiling feature that gave the AO Arena suites depth, creativity and an unexpected twist.

THE EXPERIENCE

Each suite felt elevated - premium and personal, without being overdone.

Every detail was considered to give guests everything they needed while keeping the space open and easy to enjoy. From the plush seating to standout design touches like the lighting and ceiling feature, these were rooms that guests wanted to experience.

Expanding to a new location in Birmingham’s Bullring shopping centre, the family-run restaurant wanted to continue sharing their home-style Vietnamese recipes in a relaxed, vibrant setting - this time across two floors.
